PART 2: December 2002

During the time that SHAFT Agent Val Cooper was working for the National Security Agency, her brother Dale disappeared on assignment in Washington State. A Special Agent for the FBI, Dale Cooper had been investigating a set of serial killings in and around the town of Twin Peaks.

Val never saw her brother again. All inquiries through official channels in the FBI and NSA were rebuffed. The federal government's official denials convinced her that Dale was the victim of a cover-up.

After joining SHAFT, Val enlisted the aid of her fellow agents to investigate her brother's disappearance. The investigation not only shed new light on the fate of Special Agent Dale Cooper (seen below in an undated FBI photo), but also uncovered further evidence of the global conspiracy that threatens the lives of every man, woman, and child on Earth...

I. Some of Our FBI Agents Are Missing

Dale Cooper was not the first FBI Agent to disappear following the trail of mysterious murders in the Pacific Northwest.

Exactly one year prior to the death of Laura Palmer in Twin Peaks, Agent Chester Desmond vanished while investigating the murder of the serial killer's previous victim, Teresa Banks.

FBI Agent Phillip Jeffries had also disappeared years earlier and was presumed dead until Agent Cooper connected him to the bizarre conspiracy surrounding the deaths of the teenage girls.

Agent Cooper became convinced there was no simple, rational explanation behind the murders, and that an otherworldly -- perhaps demonic -- force was at work.

What linked the killings, he claimed, was that the murderers were possessed by a paranormal entity named "Bob" when they claimed their victims.

At one point in his investigation, Cooper received aid from Special Agent Fox Mulder, who arrived in Twin Peaks in drag. Agent Mulder would later be assigned to the X-Files, the FBI's investigation into paranormal activity, before he too would disappear under suspicious circumstances along with his partner, Special Agent Dana Scully.

Agent Mulder's stay in Twin Peaks was brief, and he was long departed by the time of Cooper's disappearance.

Residents of Twin Peaks are reluctant to discuss any aspects of the Laura Palmer case, particularly the disappearance of Agent Cooper. However, it is clear that before he vanished, Dale Cooper's behavior became increasingly erratic, and he was apparently prone to psychotic episodes.

Although the FBI maintains that Agent Cooper went missing while on assignment in Twin Peaks, SHAFT Agents have uncovered evidence that he was picked up by the FBI and held for psychiatric observation.

II. Two Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Another FBI Agent enters the picture at this point, Special Agent Frank Black. Like Agent Mulder, Black worked for many years as a Profiler for the FBI, apprehending a number of serial killers before suffering the nervous breakdown that landed him in a government mental hospital. Agent Black's keen insight into the minds of sadistic murderers was aided by psychic visions of the gruesome crimes, and the intensity of these experiences had proven to be more than he could handle.

It was during his convalescence that Frank Black claims he met another FBI agent undergoing treatment: Dale Cooper. Black was extremely disturbed by the encounter, because whenever he looked at Cooper he had a psychic flash of a horrifying image: the leering face of a crazed killer. Could this evil visage have been the elusive "Bob" that Cooper had spoken of?

III. Secret Societies and Ancient Conspiracies

When Frank Black was finally released from the hospital (his visions of Bob having caused definite setbacks in his recovery) he left the FBI and moved his family to Seattle, Washington (not that far, "coincidentally," from Twin Peaks). There he worked as a consultant to law enforcement on murder cases and became an Initiate in the Millennium Group, a secret society dating back several centuries.

Years later, Agent Mulder, still working on the X-Files, sought out Frank Black to get information on the Millennium Group. With his help, Agents Mulder and Scully were able to prevent an apocalyptic Y2K plot that was being carried out by the last surviving members of the Group.

But the danger was not over. The Millennium Group may have been vanquished, but there was still the Illuminati to contend with, an evil society bent on world domination.

For information on this ancient occult order, agents Mulder and Scully conferred with British archaeologist Lara Croft, whose late father, Lord Croft, had served as mentor to the head of the Illuminati.

Lara Croft had previously butted heads with the Illuminati over possession of some ancient artifacts (see below) that they needed in order to take advantage of a rare planetary alignment.

Croft foiled their plot, preventing them from taking over the world during the astrological event, but Mulder knew that for the Illuminati it was only a minor setback.

After all, the Illuminati has been manipulating the affairs of mankind from behind the scenes throughout history. One need only look at the Great Seal of the United States, conveniently printed on the back of the one dollar bill (above), to see the influence that the Illuminati has over America.

Center: Agent Mulder probes Lara Croft for information on the Illuminati.

Right: FBI Agents Monica Reyes and John Doggett. Before being assigned to the X-Files, Agent Reyes served on a special task force investigating claims of Satanic ritual abuse. Officially, the FBI stated that none of the charges could be substantiated.

Agent Mulder theorized that the Illuminati were the Grand Masters behind the Ultimate Shadow Conspiracy -- puppet masters who pulled the strings of all the lesser secret societies, including the Millennium Group and Mulder's personal nemesis, the Syndicate.

In his years in the X-Files office, Mulder had come to realize that his quest for the Truth was thwarted at every turn by a cadre of powerful men who called themselves the Syndicate. Collaborators who sold humanity out to a race of malevolent extraterrestrials who plan to colonize Earth in the year 2012, the Syndicate had long ago infiltrated and compromised the FBI at every level. Now Mulder understood that the members of the Syndicate were mere pawns of the Illuminati Conspiracy that stretches backward in time to the dawn of civilization.

IV. Super Soldiers Squared

Rummaging through Mulder's files, SHAFT Agents also discovered evidence of another Super Soldier Program.

While the public was made aware of SHIELD's original Super Soldier Program, in which SHIELD scientists Henry Pym and Bruce Banner attempted to recreate the World War II-era serum that produced Captain America, this second program was covert.

Spawned by the Syndicate as part of the Alien Agenda, this program created Super Soldiers using extraterrestrial science and technology. Syndicate members likely justified the budget for the program by citing SHIELD's lack of success in creating a new Super Soldier Serum.

The US military no doubt felt that they got their money's worth, based on the information contained in classified documents detailing the covert Super Soldiers' exploits in the first Gulf War.

Agent Mulder, having spent the better part of a year in hiding from these Super Soldiers, considered them a serious threat to humanity.

If Banner Labs can perfect the Super Soldier Serum for the SHAFT Agency, the war to decide whether humans or aliens will control the Earth may someday be fought between different breeds of Super Soldier.

V. Diabolical Deeds of the FBI

The final fate of Special Agent Dale Cooper may never be discovered. One can only imagine what use the FBI would have for an agent possessed by the spirit of a Satanic serial killer, or what nefarious deeds he may have committed in the service of President Evil 2.

However, SHAFT's investigation into his disappearance has provided unprecedented insight into FBI activities.

In Waco, Texas, the FBI launched an assault against a religious sect. Using tanks, tear gas, and automatic weapons, they eventually succeeded in burning the sect's compound to the ground, killing 76 American citizens.

Previously, the FBI had launched an assault on the Weaver family in Ruby Ridge, Idaho. First they shot the family dog. Then they shot a 14-year-old boy in the back, killing him as he fled. And finally, an FBI sniper shot Mrs. Weaver in the head as she stood holding her baby.

How does one account for such atrocities?

The revelations about the corruption of the FBI by both occult and extraterrestrial forces may eventually provide an answer. Were the victims of the FBI sacrificed for the sake of some Satanic ritual? Are the assaults on US citizens part of the Alien Agenda to create a New World Order?

For now, only the Illuminati know for sure.
