The Generation X Resistance Cell is based out of the Massachusetts Academy, a sister school to Professor Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters in Westchester County, New York.

The school is run by Emma Frost, the White Queen of the Hellfire Club, and Banshee, a former member of the X-Men. Naturally, it teaches Professor X's dream of peaceful coexistence between humans and mutants.
